Refunds and Return Policy

Used Products - All sales are final sale - AS IS. No refunds. Exchanges only in case of defect.

All New products come with a 15-day Credit back (only with an Invoice and only if the product was not a Special Order). The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and a 20% handling fee will be charge and freight charges may be applicable.

After 15 days, only exchange is applicable, and a 20% handling fee will be charged.

To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale - AS IS. No refunds. Exchanges only in case of defect.

Pricing is subject to change without any notice and stock changes constantly.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@wheelxpert.ca and send your item to: Wheel Xpert, 4143, Edmonton Trail NE, Calgary, AB T2E 3V5.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wheel Xpert, 4143 Edmonton Trail, NE, Calgary, AB T2E 3V5.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time frame for the exchange may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
