The Anti-Flicker modules (CANBus Adapters) are Plug & Play error-free attachments for vehicles who require this item for proper LED use. Not all vehicles need this. It can prevent multiple and different issues (Dashboard errors, light flickering, lights shutting off, etc) on different vehicles. Mainly, they enable daytime running lights when using LED conversion kit bulbs.
